From May 11, you will need a pickup code when collecting your parcels at the Parcel Shop. You will already receive the pickup code together with the parcel number via SMS and email when your parcel is ready for collection. This way, you are prepared if you collect your parcel after May 11.

A pickup code consists of three digits that ensure the right parcel is handed over to the right recipient. You can still have friends and family collect the parcel for you—just remember to share the pickup code with them.
